Eiza Gonzalez Reyna (born 30 January 1990) is a Mexican actress and singer from Mexico.. She became famous for her first role as Lola Valente in the Mexican musical telenovela Lola erase una the time (2007-2008) and later as the lead character Clara Molina on the Nickelodeon Teen Drama Suena conmigo (2010-2011). Gonzalez was born in Mexico City. She is the only daughter of Carlos Gonzalez and Glenda Reyna who was a former Mexican model. When she was 12years old, her father was killed in an accident on the road on a motorcycle. Gonzalez has frequently been quoted as citing the death of her father as having a significant influence in her professional career. There is a brother named Yulen who is 12 years older than her. Edron Academy was her private bilingual school. The American School Foundation is in Mexico City. She was a part of the Argentine telenovela Floricienta which was written and directed by Pedro Damian. She began acting at age 14. In the show "Horror" from Dusk Till Dawn: the Show (2014-2016) she was a household name as an actor in a Santanico scene of pandemonium. Gonzalez lived in Los Angeles as of August 2013. In September 2015, she revealed she suffered from anxiety and depression between age 15 and 20 due to her father's death. [43][44] She's currently dating Paul Rabil, a lacrosse player.
